NEGATIVE CALORIE SOUP – optimize Weight Loss

Negative Calorie Soup Recipe
1 head green cabbage, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 medium onion, peeled and diced
4 large carrots, peeled and sliced
4 stalks celery, sliced
4 turnips, peeled and cut into cubes
2 zucchini, peeled and cut into cubes
2 cups green beans
32 ounces beef stock or chicken stock,
 16 ounces water.
Combine all ingredients in a stock pot and bring to a boil.  Add water, if needed, to cover all vegetables.  Reduce heat to a moderate simmer and cover.  Cook about 1 hour, or until all vegetables are tender.
Make a huge pot at one time and keep it in the refrigerator to eat on when you are hungry.

Best of all, it’s negative calorie, so eat as much as you want!  The more you eat, the more calories you burn.

ImageEat before you go to the Party. If you’re headed to a holiday party or event, have a healthy bite to eat at home before you go. Then you will be less likely to overindulge once you are there. I will even cut up veggies the few days ahead of time and snack on them the day of and the days before. Makes me not feel so guilty having a small indulgence.

Yes… There will be a time when you eat too much  or have the one extra piece of (fill in the blank) that you know you shouldn’t have eaten.

With a holiday always around the corner, it is tempting to over indulge at times, but many of us use that as an excuse to quit and go back to our old, unhealthy behaviors.
